What does the seal mean?
Seal intact = your return is guaranteed. Seal cut = it was installed, no return; the warranty still stands.
How do I return a part?
From your order's details in the app, within the return period shown for that part.
What do I choose when I return an order I paid in cash?
Two options: instant refundable credit with a 2% bonus, or a transfer to ZainCash, FIB or Qi within 48 working hours.
