Custody, the seal, proof of delivery and return windows, as they are.

  1. Chain of custody

    Before the courier scans the pickup code and photographs the part, the shop is responsible. After the scan and photos, the courier is. After delivery is confirmed, the part is yours within the return and warranty windows.

  2. The seal

    Seal intact = your return is guaranteed. Seal cut = it was installed, no return; the warranty still stands.

  3. Proof of delivery

    Four rungs, and the one used is recorded: a QR scan; then a code sent to you by SMS that you tell the courier in person; then a photo with location and a finger signature; then a reasoned confirmation from the team, which is rare.

  4. Returns and warranty

    Return and warranty periods are shown before you order, on each part's page. Used electrical parts are final sale; the warranty still stands.

  5. Refundable credit

    When you return an order you paid in cash, you can choose refundable credit that arrives instantly with a 2% bonus, or a transfer to ZainCash, FIB or Qi within 48 working hours.
