Who is responsible for your part
- Before the pickup scan: the shop is responsible.
- After the pickup scan and its required photos: the courier is responsible.
- After delivery is confirmed: the customer, within the return and warranty windows.
Delivery is proved four ways: a QR scan, an SMS code you tell the courier, a photo with signature and location, or a reasoned confirmation from the team. The one used is recorded on the order.
